Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a B2B Sales Executive to join a thriving team in Tustin CA. You'll take over an existing book of business and develop relationships with key decision-makers, Maintain and Build a robust million-dollar sales territory, and drive revenue growth through new and existing accounts.

Location: Fully onsite in Tustin, CA

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Sell digital and print advertising solutions to businesses.
• Prospect, build, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with marketing and internal teams to tailor advertising solutions to clients' needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to build lasting relationships and network with industry professionals.
